Cancellation and Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on tunmarket.am and explains how cancellation and return are handled. Please read it before placing an order.

1. Cancellation of orders

An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been placed and confirmed. The website does not have an order cancellation function. Please check the products, quantities and delivery details before you confirm the order.

2. Return and exchange of goods

Goods of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged, and the website does not have a return function. Please check the product description, specifications and dimensions before ordering. If you are not sure that a product suits you, call us before you order: +37455212224.

3. Defective, damaged or wrong goods

This policy does not limit your rights in case the product is defective, was damaged during delivery or differs from what you ordered:

• please check the goods upon receipt, in the presence of the courier;
• contact us immediately by phone +37455212224 or e-mail info@tunmarket.am, with photos of the product and the order number;
• we will replace the product, repair it or refund its price, and we cover the delivery cost in this case;
• products are covered by the warranty terms of the manufacturer or seller, where provided.

4. Refunds

When a refund is due under section 3, it is made to the card used for the payment (for online card payments) or in cash / by bank transfer (for payments on delivery). The bank may need additional time to show the amount on your account.
